Life is amazing

and

it can be hard!

I love that quote by L.R. Knost. Sums up life. Life is amazing, awful at times, ordinary, mundane, routine, hard, and amazing again.

Let’s Take Time To Breathe In The Amazing.

  1. Get comfortable.
  2. Take your shoulders up to your ears as you inhale.
  3. Exhale as you circle your shoulders back and down.
  4. Go ahead do that several times.
  5. Breathe out Stress and Breathe in the amazing!!

Let’s get real … It’s been hard the past two years.

5 years for me!

I have been through quite the transition over the last 5 years of my life. 5 years ago, I started cutting back my hours to help one of my children navigate some health issues. Then a few years later I decided that I had to step away from my business completely to help them and be there for them even more. Yes, I decided to put family first and put my Wellness business on hold. That my friends were hard and painful decisions. A business I grew but knew my family needed me more. I had a lot of time to reflect as I drove, waited in Dr. offices or hospitals. Taking a leave of absence took away somethings but also gave me a lot. It gave me time with my son and family, and some time to reflect. It made me realize how important breathing exercises are and how important movement is, any movement. I found clarity from mediating, journaling and reflecting. I had the time to reflect and see just how important harmony with the mind, body and spirit is for my mental and physical well-being.

Then covid happened. 1 year leave of absence turned to 3. There were some hard times in there. However, the one good thing about the last 2 years is that it gave me time to plan my direction I wanted to go in my life and career. This time gave me clarity in my life and in my career. I knew how important finding that balance and harmony with the mind, body, and spirit was for me in a time I needed it most. Movement, breathing, stretching, relaxation, and reflection helped heal me both mentally and physically. So, I used the last 2 years to attend many workshops and educational trainings with intensive training focusing on how to bring together the mind, body and spirit with nutrition, movement, breathing, stillness, relaxation techniques, journaling and more. Things to unite our mind, body and spirit and help ourselves be the healthiest and happiest we can be. It worked for me and I knew it would work for my clients.

Taking a step back from running my business gave me an understanding of the thing’s I needed to be well physically and mentally. In addition, it gave me a look at thing's my clients could be going through as well. Family illness, stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and more. With my education, I knew how to help myself and now I want to help others.

Life happens and we need to make choices, sometimes we need to step back but we can always come back.

I AM BACK FULL TIME WITH MY BUSINESS

I am happy to announce my son’s health is good now, matter of fact, he is in remission, and I am BACK full time as a wellness coach with an approach to mind, body, and spirit wellness!

WHO AM I?

  • I am a business owner, I am a wellness coach, Registered yoga Instructor, essential oil educator who is now expanding my business to a complete mind, body, spirit wellness.
  • I help people learn to implement a healthier lifestyle physically, and emotionally.
  • I am bringing my passion to educate, encourage, inspire, help others with their wellness.
  • Walking along with others as they grow and learn about how to become healthier, not just with the body but with the mind and spirit as well.
  • Encouraging and Inspiring you along the way
  • I focus on having harmony with the mind, body, and spirit.
  • Teaching you how to be healthier and happier because...
