"My yoga journey started with Kim more than 10 years ago. It was my first experience, and I knew right away that I would continue to practice after just the first few classes. "Kim has been my yoga instructor and Health and Wellness coach for over 6 years. I originally stumbled on to Kim's classes by chatting with a friend who attended, and I tagged along one day.  From that first class, I knew that Kim was a great teacher/mentor/coach.  After the Pandemic hit and in-person instruction was not an option, I was thrilled to sign up for Kim's Zoom yoga classes.  She teaches easy-to-follow movement, where a participant is able to make adjustments to fit their body.  Along with movement, breathing techniques to become centered and reflective are always a part of her classes.  Kim's suggested positive affirmations and concept of self-love have helped me become more forgiving of myself and accept grace. I was able to have a sense of community during the isolation of the pandemic by attending Kim's yoga classes twice a week.  There was a core group of participants, and we looked forward to not only yoga but seeing each other.  Kim is a good listener and always asks if anyone has specific body areas that need attention.  I sleep better on nights I participate in yoga, and even if I have issues sleeping, I utilize breathing techniques she has taught me. Meditation has always been a struggle for me, but with Kim's guidance and soothing techniques, I am able to fully relax at the end of each class and move into the evening with peace.Kim's depth of health and wellness is such a bonus during yoga class as she shares her knowledge about essential oils to help with allergies, rubs to help achy muscles, and healthy concoctions for snacks and meals.  I have enjoyed trying recipes that have become favorites. "
