The Youngest is Graduating!

Hello there!

I wanted to let you know that there is going to be a temporary change to some of the classes on my schedule due to my daughter graduating. So, if you don't see your regular evening class on the schedule in the next few weeks, it is due to a conflict in our schedule with many last time band concerts and graduation festivities. I thank you for your patience and understanding in the next few weeks. Everything should be back to normal by June 7.

Time to reinvent my new persona.

For 23 years I have been parenting, making sure all 3 of my kids had the necessary tools to move forward in life, through the different stages of their life and help them plan and make their own way in life.

I am still going to be there when they need me, and yes, I am sure they will need me. However, now it is time to focus more on my career as a Wellness coach and Educator. To focus on helping others develop habits and tools to live a healthy life.
