Welcome June

Happy Sunday and Happy June!

I love June. To me, summer means more sunrises and sunsets over the sea. A time of warmth, sunshine, and relaxation. It's a season when children are out of school, families take vacations, and everyone enjoys outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, or biking. Summer also means fresh fruits and vegetables, barbeques, ice cream, and s'mores over the fire-it. People tend to dress lighter and spend more time outdoors soaking up the sun. A time of freedom and fun. It's a season of endless possibilities and new adventures. Whether traveling to a new place or simply enjoying the sun's warmth doing yoga, meditating, or swimming in your backyard, summer is a time to be cherished and enjoyed.

To help you get in the summer mode, here is a great summer essential oil blend I use in my diffuser. Using essential oils in a diffuser can benefit your health and well-being. Not only do they provide a pleasant and calming scent, but they can also help alleviate stress, improve and boost your mood. By diffusing essential oils, you can create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere in your home or office and create a perfect addition to your self-care routine. So why not try using essential oils in a diffuser today and experience the many benefits for yourself?

With summer in full swing, it's the perfect time to focus on hip mobility to help us with walking, hiking, and other outdoor activities. This week's wellness tip is about improving hip flexibility and strength. And based on your engagement with my hip sequence last week, I know you're all about those hip exercises and mobility. So let's get to work and make those hips happy and healthy!

Hip Mobility

Hip mobility is crucial for maintaining good posture and avoiding pain and injury. When we have tight hips, it can affect the alignment of our spine, leading to lower back pain. Limited hip mobility can make it more difficult to perform exercises correctly and with proper form, which can increase the risk of injury. We can improve our physical health and well-being by improving hip mobility through stretching and targeted exercises. And discomfort. Hip mobility is crucial for overall health and fitness.

Additionally, incorporating exercises targeting the hips into my workout routine has dramatically improved my flexibility and range of motion. Whether through dynamic stretching, yoga poses, or resistance band exercises, focusing on hip mobility has made a noticeable difference in my overall physical performance.
