Many of you know that I’m a Wellness Coach, but you might not fully understand what that involves or how I can support you in living your healthiest life. I want to take a moment to share a bit more about what I do and how I can guide you on your wellness journey—whether you’re new to fitness or simply seeking a deeper, more holistic approach to well-being.
What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching is about more than just physical health. It’s about creating balance in all aspects of your life: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As a Wellness Coach, I help people improve their overall well-being by providing personalized support in movement, mindfulness, and emotional health.
I offer a variety of services, including live group classes online via Zoom and one-on-one personal training both virtually and in person. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, manage stress, or find more inner peace, I am here to help you achieve your goals.
With over 35 years of experience in personal training, group fitness, yoga, strength training, dance, and mobility, I’ve gained extensive training in many areas of wellness. My specialty is working with individuals of all fitness levels—including wheelchair users, older adults, and those with physical limitations.

Online Coaching & In-Person Training
I offer both online and in-person coaching. If you’re out of state or have limited access to transportation, online coaching can help you stay on track from the comfort of your wellness goals at home. For those who are local, I offer in-person sessions that are tailored specifically to your needs.
With my extensive background in wellness and personal training, I’m passionate about helping individuals feel their best, not just physically but emotionally and mentally as well. Wellness isn’t just about exercise—it’s about living with intention and balance, feeling empowered in one's own body, and cultivating peace of mind.
