This pre-recorded 4-week course is a great way to develop a habit of doing strength training in the comfort of your own home.

Strength Training 101 is a beginner's 4-week course that introduces participants to the fundamentals of strength training.

Subscribe to the Monthly Unlimited to watch.

Participants will learn about the importance of strength training, the various muscle groups, and the proper techniques and form for each exercise.

To join the class, one must have the Monthly Unlimited subscription.

Once you're a monthly unlimited subscriber, the course is free, but you must register for the Saturday class by paying with your monthly unlimited.
