Fusion-- 45 minutes

Our fusion class combines gentle movement, strength work, and yoga for a full-body workout that helps you find balance with your mind, body, and spirit. We use light dumbbells, yoga straps, and blocks, but if you don't have them, you can join without them. You'll be guided through gentle movement and yoga poses incorporating strength training with low weights. We also incorporate breathing and reflection into the class. Join us and elevate your wellness routine!
