This 45-minute chair yoga class is a gentle, accessible movement practice designed to help you feel better in your body—without strain, pressure, or complexity.

Using a sturdy armless chair for support, we’ll move through simple, flowing yoga sequences that improve flexibility, ease tension, and support overall mobility.

This class combines seated and sometimes supported standing movements, making it ideal for anyone who wants a softer approach to staying active. Whether you’re easing stiffness from sitting, rebuilding strength, or simply looking for a calm way to move, this practice meets you exactly where you are.

Through mindful breath and intentional movement, we’ll gently open the neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and legs while encouraging better posture, circulation, and a sense of ease throughout the body. The focus is not on perfection, but on feeling supported, steady, and more at home in your body.

Props recommended:
A sturdy armless chair is required. A yoga block and strap are highly recommended for added support and deeper ease. A blanket may be used for comfort during relaxation.
