Hello Friends,

Lately, I have been hearing from friends and reading on Facebook how feelings of stress, anxiety and exhaustion is creeping into so many of our lives. It had me thinking about what I could do to help and serve others.

As a Wellness Coach and 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), I am passionate about educating and helping people live a healthier life through mind, body, spirit practices such as yoga, stretching, meditation, and breathing. In the last 3 years I have done intensive training on trauma-sensitive yoga with focus on balancing moods and restoring balance with the nervous system.

Yoga is more than just showing up on your mat daily. Yoga is about giving back. I try to practice Yoga daily on the mat and off by giving back. After hearing and seeing so many having feelings of stress, I decided to give back by passing on some of my knowledge and teachings to you.

What can you expect with this class?

  • As soon as you press play, you’ll start experiencing relaxation with breathing techniques. Your breath is powerful making breathing techniques a must use tool in relaxation.
  • After breathing, you will do gentle flowing moves on the floor to create heat and energy before stretching.
  • As the class continues, you will experience stretching with relaxation techniques all on the floor. Some props may be used but modifications are explained.
  • This is a safe class designed to be easily accessible to anyone, anywhere with modifications shown. Most of the class will be done on the floor.

If you're dealing with chronic pain from old injuries, stress and tension in your joints and muscles, poor posture from sitting all day, headaches, or general muscle tightness and stiffness... It's time for you to rest and reset.

Relax and calm your mind, body, and spirit in this yoga stretching/movement class. It is recommended that you have a yoga mat, blocks, and a bolster.

HOWEVER,

If you don't have Yoga blocks, 2 books of the same size will work

If you don't have a bolster, a pillow will work and a chair during one of the stretches.
